Computer Club

The Computer Club will restart in the school from Monday next week (14/09/09). The arrangements will be the same with each year group being allocated the following times to use the computer suite.

Year 6                   Monday                  8.00 – 8.40
Year 5                   Wednesday            8.00 – 8.40
Year 4                   Thursday               8.00 – 8.40
Year 3                   Friday                   12.10 – 12.40

Please note that for pupils attending the morning classes there will be no crossing patrol.

Children do have the option to buy a slice of toast and a drink, for all morning sessions, at the cost of 20p.

 

We are able to use the computers to carry out research for topics covered in class, as well as complete activities which increase our knowledge of ICT.

 

We use the Woodlands website to develop out computer skills through games. Check them out!

 

The BBC Schools website is fantastic for educational games and helping us revise for our SATS.

 

Count on is a really good site for Numeracy games along with A Plus Maths
