British Values

At our school, British Values are an integral part of everyday life and are closely aligned with our RAISE values of Responsibility, Aspirational, Inclusivity, Service and Empowerment. We explicitly teach British Values - including democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance - through our behaviour curriculum and PSHRE, ensuring that pupils understand their importance in modern Britain. These values are reinforced through meaningful links across the wider curriculum, enabling children to see them in action in a range of contexts. Beyond explicit teaching, we actively live out these principles each day through our positive relationships, inclusive ethos and high expectations, supporting our pupils to become respectful, responsible and active members of society.
